Make: Mudkip

I herd u liek Mudkips!

Made it for that one reason. And there is reason behind that reason. BooM!

In Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire Mudkip was one of the started pokemon along with Treecko and Torchic. Out of all 3 starters, Mudkip had the highest attack followed by Torchic, then Treecko. Due to that reason a large majority of players choose Mudkip.
