I made this for my sister for her birthday, but unfortunatly she was at university for her birthday so i had to wait till she came back home. She loves anything with the Union Jack or British and since she has a flat at uni i thought it would be a good idea to trip everyone up ha ha.
This pattern was found in a magazine, if your interested in the pattern don't hesitate to ask.
The problem i found with the pattern is that it asked us to do a certain stitch but it looked nothing like the picture, it was long and looked terrible, so i tried a couple more times until i found one that looked exactly like the one in the picture. The doorstop has been filled with cardboard for stability and lentils (enclosed in fabric) for weight.
